I know that it probably isn’t a popular opinion, but I like airports! I get giddy any time I arrive or make it through the security line. It means I am getting ready to go somewhere!

I am a sucker for a green space in a city scape. I feel that I get a moment to just take a breath and relax before moving on with my day.

Seeing huge structures such as the Olympic Complex in Barcelona is always interesting to me. To see such a place and feel the history is an amazing experience, but to also ponder what will happen to a structure like this in the future now that it is no longer being used on a regular basis posses many questions.

This was a lovely place to explore on a day trip from Dublin. Incredible views and good company made for a lovely day!

No matter how many times I see the view from the airplane window, it never gets old. Various landscapes rolling by and the feeling of heading to a far off place always makes me giddy!

I was lucky enough to see the Barcelona Pavilion (Architect: Mies van der Rohe and Lilly Reich) in person and get to tour it during my trip to Barcelona in 2016. The structure was originally constructed for the 1929 Worlds Fair and is now known as the Mies van der Rohe Pavillion.

Something about being at the beach and standing before the ocean makes me feel so free and refreshed. This was the sunrise on my last day in Barcelona on my 2016 trip.

Hampton Court Palace is one of my all time favorite historical sites to visit. Between beautiful gardens and amazing architecture, this is a place to visit for the whole family.
